Joseph Navarro

SMRT Funnels was founded by Joseph Navarro, an award-winning marketer and entrepreneur with more than a decade of marketing experience.

Throughout his career, Joseph has worked with more than 65 leading brands , promoting a wide variety of products and developing marketing strategies designed to reach, engage, and convert customers.

Joseph has also launched three businesses of his own , giving him a unique perspective as both a marketer and business owner. He understands what it's like to invest your own money into marketing and expect it to produce measurable results.

SMRT Funnels was created to bring that experience together with the rapidly growing capabilities of AI and automation , helping businesses take advantage of technology that was once primarily available to much larger companies.

About SMRT Funnels

Built because HVAC teams should spend more time closing, not chasing

SMRT Funnels started with a simple idea: HVAC contractors shouldn’t have to choose between taking care of their customers and constantly chasing the next opportunity.

Joseph Navarro built SMRT Funnels to take on the work that happens before the sales conversation — finding the right prospects, starting conversations, following up, qualifying interest, and getting the right appointments onto the calendar.

The goal is simple: give your team more qualified conversations to take, while you stay focused on running the business and closing the right jobs.

What we focus on

The work before the sales conversation

01
Find the right prospects Focus outreach around the market and customers you want to reach.
02
Start the conversation Handle outreach and the follow-up needed to create real conversations.
03
Qualify the opportunity Focus on the conversations that are relevant to your business.
04
Book the appointment Put the qualified conversation onto your calendar.
Your team takes it from there. Ready to sell

Why HVAC

Better outreach starts with understanding the market

HVAC growth is not a one-size-fits-all problem. Your service area, the kind of work you want, and the customers you want to reach all shape which conversations are actually worth pursuing.

That is why SMRT Funnels stays focused on helping HVAC contractors build a more relevant appointment pipeline instead of treating every lead the same.

Our focus

We would rather help you create the right conversations than simply create more noise.

01

Your local market matters

Your service area helps define who should be targeted and where the outreach should focus.

02

Not every opportunity is the right one

The kind of HVAC work you want more of should guide the prospects and conversations we pursue.

03

Consistency matters more than chasing

A steady flow of relevant conversations gives your team a clearer starting point than scattered, unfiltered leads.

Everything you need to know about how SMRT Funnels helps turn prospecting into qualified HVAC appointments.

We handle the work before the sales conversation: prospecting, outreach, follow-up, qualification, and appointment booking. Your team takes the qualified appointment and focuses on closing the HVAC job.

We work with HVAC contractors that want a more consistent appointment pipeline without asking their sales team to spend the day prospecting and chasing cold leads.

We start with your service area, the type of HVAC work you handle, and the customers you want to reach. That gives us a clear targeting direction before outreach begins.

Prospects are qualified through our structured HVAC qualification process. The goal is to put relevant, sales-ready conversations on your calendar rather than simply passing along unfiltered leads.

The appointment goes onto your calendar for your team to take. From there, your team runs the sales conversation and focuses on turning the opportunity into a customer.

Yes. Your targeting can be shaped around residential, commercial, or a combination of both based on your business, service area, and growth priorities.
